The piercing machine is the first deformation tool for steel pipe production, and its main function is to "shape". It is the most advanced guide plate conical piercing machine in the world, with good hole closure and stable deformation. After rolling, the capillary wall thickness is uniform, which can improve the wall thickness accuracy by 15%. At the same time, perforation defects are eliminated, and it can roll difficult to deform metals such as stainless steel, nickel chromium alloy, and thin-walled capillary.

The tension reducing machine adopts 24 sets of three roll separate transmission tension reducing machines, whose main function is "fixed diameter+tension reducing wall". It uses AC frequency conversion speed regulation and tension adjustment to achieve head and tail wall thickness control function, solving the world-class problem of "head and tail thickening" that cannot be controlled, reducing cutting loss, and increasing metal yield by 5%.

By using tension control, the length of the rolling line was reduced, and multi specification production of 60-180mm was achieved under one type of billet.
