This project adopts advanced technologies such as 80mm-114mm double branch plating, automated PLC control, and high-speed pulse automated furnace and kiln. The important equipment links adopt intelligent control systems, reducing personnel by 50% compared to traditional hot-dip galvanized steel pipe production lines. It achieves green production in terms of process and equipment, and has significant advantages in energy conservation, emission reduction, pollution reduction, and efficiency enhancement. The project will construct facilities such as degreasing tanks, washing tanks, and hot-dip galvanizing pots, and purchase natural gas heating galvanizing furnaces and intelligent production management and control systems. After completion, it can achieve an annual production of 600000 tons of corrosion-resistant high-end alloy hot-dip galvanized pipes.
