The circular furnace is currently the most ideal industrial furnace type for heating round tube billets, which can automatically heat according to the specifications and materials of the tube billets. The average heating temperature can be controlled within ± 5 ℃, and the gas consumption is low, saving 15% energy compared to other heating furnaces. At the same time, the exhaust gas generated by heating is used for preheating the core rod and heating domestic water.
